Live In Housekeeper / Nanny - Wilston Area in ALDERLEY, Queensland

We are a busy family of 5. My husband and I run our own business from home and we have 3 boys aged 11, 8 and 5 years.
We are looking for some help to run our busy household located in Wilston - just 4km from the CBD!
Duties will include meal preparation, ironing, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, sometimes driving children to/from school, occasional child-minding etc.
We require help for 20 hours a week, usually Monday to Friday. Times for work can be negotiable depending on your other commitments.
In exchange for your 20 hours of work each week, we will provide to you free accommodation in a new Studio apartment in our backyard as well as 3 meals every day (you can stock your own snacks etc). All services (excl telephone) and unlimited WiFi internet are included.
The Studio Apartment is a separate detached dwelling (not a room in the main house) and is fully self contained with its own shower, toilet, kitchenette, lounge, LCD TV and Queen bed and block out roller blinds. It overlooks our pool area and is very private.
During school holiday periods we require a bit more help, so we can negotiate a set amount to pay you for any additional hours of work that you do to help us when we are busy with the boys not at school.
