Little Paws Kitten Rescue - Calliope in ALDERLEY, Queensland for sale

Calliope is a bold, take charge kitten. She definitely has that bit of “tortitude” as all tortoiseshell cats seem to. She can be very active and doesn’t seem to stop. She has plenty of cheek and is quite forward. She’d love a large cat tree to climb and play on. She loves playing with her siblings but will stop for a cuddle with her foster mum.
Calliope has experienced a small dog briefly with no real issues – she would probably adapt to a cat friendly dog quite easily. She hasn’t experienced younger children but she may be fine with them as she is being taught that hands and fingers are not playthings, but toys and shoelaces are for playing and biting. She will climb up legs or shoulders and may use claws then.
She is used to her siblings for company and is making friends with the adult cats in the house. A dual adoption with one of her litter mates for company would be ideal. However she would probably be fine on her own.
All Little Paws kitties come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, micro chipped, wormed, flea treated and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws kitties are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way, for their safety and health and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a kitty goes to. We match kitties to their new family; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising kitties in their own home, we would appreciate a call if you cannot make an appointment.
